and decision making IMPAIRS coordination and distorts perception.CAN LEAD
to memory loss and difficulty problem solving. ALCOHOL and OTHER DRUGS can
make you drowsy and impair decision making. Driving impaired? 4 X more likely to
get into a crash. In NYC alcohol involved in 1 out of 10 fatal crashes.Strangely
no mention of cyclists and micro transporters who just don't care.******
