Litigator Jim Walden to Sue City

HELLO EVSA SUPERSTARS! BIG NEWS! The date for this was JUST ANNOUNCED today! JIM WALDEN ( successful litigator & 2025 NYC Mayoral candidate) is suing the city for not protecting its residents with legislation such as Priscilla's Law, or ANY accountability for the deadly and egregious riding of e-vehicles all over our city, which especially effects older New Yorkers and people with disabilities, and this is a breach of ADA guidelines! This is a lawsuit for POLICY CHANGE, not money. Some of our EVSA Victims will be named on lawsuit. We MUST have a big turn-out on Thursday!!
