The email from EVSA calls on supporters to contact 5 City Council Members who previously voted for Priscilla's Law and have not yet done so again. It makes the point that when e-bike riders showed up to answer a summons- none of the immigrant deliveristas were snatched by ICE. It further states that NONE of the 17 bills soon to be introduced make a violator personally responsible for the violation.
