Apparently 8 preceincts had better results in terms of cyclist safety. However it was the second deadliest year with 29 deaths. Further the article neglects to say how the results were obtained. Is it possible the NYPD undertook enforcement which promoted a safer cycling micro transport environment? There is NO SAFETY WITHOUT A RESPONSIBLE CYCLING CULTURE.
