Is it possible the NYPD undertook enforcement which promoted a safer cycling micro transport environment? There is NO SAFETY WITHOUT A RESPONSIBLE CYCLING CULTURE. AM Metro NY Mayor proposes new Dept of Sustainable Delivery

Mayor Adams has tentatively taken action to "regain control of the streets" by proposing a new or sub department to handle various aspects of the chaos caused by the burgeoning use of micro transport vehicles.
