NY DN July 13 25 Teen E-bike mugging suspect nailed by unlicensed mob associate driver

An unnamed 15 year old mugging suspect fleeing police pursuit in Queens was fatally struck on an e-bike by a suspected Bonnano mob associate in his car. Police are now allowed to pursue fleeing bikers in cars if the crime is violent or felony.
